New Zealand Business Week is a combination of academic learning with business decision making paired with a strong emphasis on personal development, confidence, leadership and teamwork.

Isaac Kerschbaumer (with then President Steve Botica) spoke about his week participating in the NZ Business Week course.

Isaac was a year 12 student at Paraparaumu College studying Calculus, English Literature, Economics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Sports: 2nd XI and reserve 3 Mens Hockey.

During the intensive one week programme, Isaac felt he was encouraged to be bold in his thinking and learnt about new business models,.  He and his team formed a virtual company, and learnt how to make decisions about marketing, personnel and production in order to develop and grow a successful business.

The week has a strong emphasis on personal development - confidence, leadership, team work - and includes an extensive, supervised, social programme.

The programme is for Year 12 and 13 students from all over New Zealand and is held in Palmerston North  at Palmerston North Boys High
